10:30 am ~ A Star-Spangled Parade Starts in area of Idlewilde Blvd.  Turns left on Hwy 87 to Lindner Ave.  Right on Lindner Ave to High Street.  Right on High Street and travels thru Downtown Historic District.  Left on Fifth Street and ends at Comfort Park.  Bring your lawn chairs and get a good spot along the route.

11:30 am - 2:00 pm ~ At Comfort Park enjoy Texas-Style Barbecue Brisket Dinner with potato salad, beans & all the trimmings.  Adult Plate $8/ Child Plate $5.

11:00 am-4:00 pm ~ Fun in Comfort Park.  Arts & Crafts Booths, Music, Bouncy Houses, Pony Rides, Arcade Game Trailer, Face Painting, Comfort Library's Book Walk....more.  Vintage Thrasher demonstration; Antique Tractors on display.

The Heart Cottage presenting "A Haunting on 7th".  Annual Halloween Folk Art Event at The Heart Cottage.  Meet Greg Guedel, talented artist/wood carver from Indiana.  Not only will Greg be signing your Bethany Lowe Designs selections, but he will also be bringing a large selection of original Halloween carvings with him!
